Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

Green Ginger Gallery will despatch items using Royal Mail 1st class, standard parcel or via UPS courier, depending on the weight and value of the items. The delivery cost is based on the weight of the products and reflects the cost of packaging and posting each order. We keep our delivery costs as low as possible.
 
If you place an order by cheque, please note that we will only ship your order once payment has cleared.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order please telephone or email with your unique order reference. We will confirm the date of despatch where necessary ask you to sign a declaration of non-delivery before we post a replacement item out to you.

How long will it take to get my order?

When items are in stock we aim to despatch them within 2 - 3 days. Should any of the products not be in stock, we will inform you of an approximate delivery date, alternatively a refund is optional. Handmade items may take up to 7 days depending on back orders.

Returns Policy

If you need to return item(s) for any reason, you must first contact us in writing to obtain further return instructions. Please note unless you are returning a faulty item you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
